Fixes:
Server: Threshold ignored events have never been cleared and thus never could be recorded more than once.
Server: Evatic communication errors now start a 3 minutes pause before retrying. After 3 retries, an Evatic task will be filed as ZIP in /error folder. The last error code will be appended at ZIP file name in brackets. The number of retries is 3 as default. In accserver.ini in section [Mailer Process] with key MaxEvaticRetries = 3, this number may be adjusted.
Server: Evatic communication errors -24 caused by missing date values has been fixed.

WebClient (Server): SNMP communication check was showing wrong protocols if 'none' was used.
